The following payment methods are acceptable.

All payments are in (£) pounds sterling.All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, charged at the prevailing rates when your order is placed. All orders must be paid for prior to despatch. Prices are subject to change or substitution without notification
Credit Card Security
We’re passionate about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority which is why we use PayPal. They are compliant with the highest level of payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). So you can be assured that all the information you enter is safe and secure.
We won’t capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by PayPal, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.
Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.
Delivery
Our couriers FedEx deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm and delivery is normally within 3 working days from shipment of order. Please note we are unable to guarantee or confirm delivery times. Once your order is placed you will receive an order acknowledgement and an a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped. For all items (apart from gift vouchers) the shipping confirmation with include a FedEx tracking number, so that you can track your package via the FedEx website.
FedEx will attempt delivery once if you are not in you will be carded to arrange a mutually convenient delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm.
Delivery is free to mainland UK to a single address for carriage weights below 25 Kg, weights above this will carry a surcharge. The Morpeth Larder cannot be liable for the failure of delivery or delivery performance of either wholly or in part due causes beyond their control. All packages are securely wrapped before delivery.
On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you do not have the possibility to check the goods upon arrival, please write “unchecked” next to your signature on the acknowledgement of goods. If the above is not carried out, The Morpeth Larder can take no responsibility for any goods found faulty, subsequently.
Important hampers must be unpacked upon receipt to ensure any fresh items are refridgerated, we are not responsible OR liable for failure to deliver or delays in delivery.
If an item is returned to us, because the item could not be delivered for any reason, the sender will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Please note we only ship to mainland UK.
Order Cancellation
It is the policy of The Morpeth Larder to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. We are unable to accept cancellations or returns on hampers, food gifts or fine wine gifts due to the perishable nature of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
An order once placed is subject to a standard cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged to cover the administration and packaging costs occurred by The Morpeth Larder, an order may not be cancelled once dispatched.
Returns Policy
It is the policy of The Morpeth Larder to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please and wish to return your purchase, please email email us at sales@morpethlarder.co.uk or call on +44 (0)1670503302 with the order number quoted on the delivery note within 72 hours of receiving your goods.
When the goods have been received and we have checked the goods are in good condition and unopened, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.
The Morpeth Larder, accept returns of all items except:
- Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all fresh food, some alcohol and beverages, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items
- Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
- Personalised or bespoke items. (ie bespoke hampers made to order)
Your statutory rights are not affected.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of taking delivery, Photographic proof of damage should be sent to sales@morpethlarder.co.uk to unable us to claim via FedEx
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase.
SUBSTITUTE ITEMS
The Morpeth Larder reserves the right to change the contents of it's hampers at any time, we will only substitute a product with a product of a similar nature and equivalent value. This maybe necessary at busy times due to supply chain issues. We will contact you if the changes materially change the nature of the gift.

Gift Messages
You can add a personal gift message to your order, please advise us at the time of order because we are unable to add or alter it at a later date.
Alcohol
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may place an order with Corbridge Delicatessens Ltd if the goods contain alcohol.
